Fantastic running at the Bohermeen half today, Mark Byrne delivered a fantastic new PB of 1:21. Eoin Ward came home in 1:32, Paddy Holohan 1:37, Ronan Gill 1:39, Sinead Wall 1:44 and Kathleen Macadum 2:14.

Yesterday at IMRA Howth, Peter Bell was again to the fore finishing 7th overall

At Shangannagh Parkrun Darragh Page was 3rd overall in 19:05, Dave Maloney ran 19:57.

Don’t forget our super Couch 25k Group will run their 5k at Shangannangh next Saturday the 14th after 9 weeks of preparation. Lets get over there and support them.
