Adult Training

Training is taking place subject to the latest guidance of pods of no more than 15.
For Adult training meet at the track at: 7:30pm Mondays (meet and warm up at 7:10) and 7pm Wednesdays.
Most importantly, you need to complete the club Covid questionnaire before you attend training. You must not present for training if you have not completed the Covid Training Attendance Questionnaire

The club would like to thank all our athletes and in particular the Covid committee who have been working in the background to make sure that we can train and run safely.

Kilcoole AC, founded in 1970, has been facilitating the training and athletics needs of some of Wicklow’s finest athletes. Offering professionally coached running training for all ages and levels twice a week on track, road and trail. All levels are welcome, from first timers to experienced athletes, from slow coaches to Speedy Gonzales!!

We train at the Charlesland Track, Greystones (behind the Go Gym, so come down and join us.

New senior members are very welcome. Report to the head coach when attending your first session!
They will help you settle in and find you some running buddies!

Training times (Over 18 years)

  • Monday 7:30 pm to 8:30pm, meet and warm up at 7:10pm
  • Wednesday 7:00 pm to 8:30pm

  • Training location: Charlesland running track, Greystones, Co. Wicklow.

    Membership rates for 2020 are as follows:

  • 1 Juvenile €60
  • 2 Juveniles €120
  • 3 Juveniles (3 or more) €170
  • 1 Senior €130
  • 2 Senior’s €210
  • 1 Senior plus juveniles €190
  • 2 Senior’s plus juveniles €210
  • 1 Student\Unwaged €100
